Kate Roberge, LCSW

My work centers on helping clients focus on their emotional health during times of transition. I work with them to promote flexibility and growth. I provide compassionate counseling to those affected by changes large and small.

Areas of focus include coping with anxiety, managing transitions, coping with pregnancy/postpartum/perinatal transitions, grief counseling, chronic or terminal illness, depression, perfectionism, and stress management.

After attending Bowdoin College and earning a master’s degree in Social Work at the University of New England, I worked for ten years as a hospice social worker in southern and central Maine. I am passionate about supporting individuals in managing life’s challenges with resilience and capacity for positive growth.

Kate lives with her husband, two school-aged children and dog.
