NEW Discussion Group: Skills for a Satisfying Relationship

Leah Ottow, LCSW facilitates the new Skills for a Satisfying Relationship group at New Approaches

New Approaches is pleased to announce that we are offering a NEW professionally facilitated discussion group, Skills for a Satisfying Relationship.

This group focuses on building relationship skills for individuals working towards a healthy intimate relationship.

Whether you want to improve the relationship you have, or be ready with new skills and perspectives for the relationship you hope to find in the future, this group is for you.

Waiting for situations or your partner to change is ineffective. When YOU gain new skills YOU are the one who can drive positive change for yourself and others.

Join people who are empowered to take the initiative to gain and refine their relationship and communication skills.

During these 6 weeks you will have the opportunity to learn what works (and what does not!) for building long-term fulfillment in relationships.

If you want to strengthen your skills around communication, conflict management, repairing ruptures, and improving intimacy, you’ll find valuable insights from relationship expert and couples therapist, Leah Ottow, LCSW

This group is for individuals, coupled or not. This group is a professionally facilitated, supportive and educationaI group (NOT a therapy group).

It runs via Zoom for 6 consecutive weeks, Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 EST, starting April 26th, 2022. Cost is $199 for the 6 week program. Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
