The Self-Worth Group is back!

We are so excited that Hannah Curtis, LCSW is bringing back the very popular (and powerful) Self-Worth Group! Here’s more info:

Not feeling “good enough” is a common experience in our culture, but it’s easy to feel alone. This sense of not being good enough, not being worthy, not belonging, or being an imposter, can feel isolating and distressing. 

You can also use a lot of your precious energy trying to feel “good enough.” The typical ways of trying harder, learning more, or proving yourself are not the answer. These strategies tend to leave us feeling further exhausted and unable to achieve the secure feelings we crave.  

The Self-Worth Group provides fresh perspectives and ideas that can help enhance your confidence and promote well-being. It is a structured, professionally facilitated discussion group, developed and run by Hannah Curtis, LCSW. 

The Self-Worth Group is a cohort of no more than 10 participants going through the program together, meeting weekly for 1 hour for 6 weeks via Zoom. 

Each week, there is an invitation to try a new concept or idea. Between each meeting, you will be encouraged to experiment with the concepts, ideas, and actions we identify in our meetings. 

This group is dynamic, interactive, FUN, and will push you gently out of your comfort zone.  

Our next group starts Tuesday, September 17th from 12-1pm ET. The group runs weekly for 6 weeks at noon, through October 22nd and takes place via Zoom.
