EMDR and Trauma
EMDR, which stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a comprehensive form of psychotherapy that is evidence-based, highly researched and extremely effective. One of the major uses of EMDR is to dramatically reduce the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It has many other uses, including improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, reduce the impact of upsetting past events, improving phobias, and much more. It can be utilized with people of all ages.
